One of my main strengths as a personal trainer is my ability to recognize your individual fitness needs and design a programme that is right for you.

I employ a mixture of personal training methods to deliver a workout that is fun, effective and which will help you look and feel your best. Personal training sessions include: Boxing, TRX suspension training, Speed and Agility work and more.
Nutrition plays a big part in any fitness programme and, should you wish to, together we can look at your diet and make sure your training sessions have the best possible impact. I will help motivate you to have a healthier lifestyle, so you can achieve your fitness goals over the long term.
